Java Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, and backend development, along with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance Java applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents.
• Optimize application performance and database interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.
• Participate in architectural discussions and technology evaluations. Required Skills
• 8–14 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Extensive experience with

Spring Boot and REST API development.

• Strong knowledge of

SQL and database design principles.

• Hands-on experience with

Java Stream API and functional programming concepts.

• Expertise in

Exception Handling , debugging, and performance tuning.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
