Java software Developer & Software Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
• Apply Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), and Data Structures concepts.
• Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, and application components.
• Work with SQL databases for data management, queries, and database optimization.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, software testing, documentation, and application deployment.
• Maintain existing applications and implement enhancements based on business requirements.
• Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and code quality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Java and OOPs concepts.
• Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems.
• Understanding of REST APIs and web application development.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control tools.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc. Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on project requirements.
• Candidates with strong programming fundamentals and a willingness to learn are preferred.
