Java SME /Architect/Contract

• Proven experience in legacy application modernization and migration initiatives.
• Experience in Java version upgrades/uplifts, including application compatibility assessment and remediation.

 

• We are building software engineering agents to automate parts of the cloud modernization journey - documentation agents and refactoring agents.
• Description: will use your expertise in Java to help guide the product development of these agents, create AI inputs, evaluate AI outputs, and build evaluation suites
• Will:
• Analyze and document legacy Java repositories to help with product development 
• Review and verify agent outputs:
• Architecture diagrams
• Other technical documentation
• Refactoring code changes
• Help generate and verify knowledge bases for improving agent performance
• Create automated test suites to evaluate agent performance
• Assist the engineering team with any technical questions about enterprise Java
• Requires:
• 8+ years of Java architect experience
• Must have done modernization projects for large enterprises

Requires a very strong understanding of enterprise Java concepts
