Java+React Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack applications.
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Java and NodeJS.
• Develop responsive and high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Design and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Drive technical design discussions and establish development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in requirement analysis, effort estimation, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across application layers.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and cloud governance practices.

Required Skills & Expertise Backend Development

• Strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Expertise in building and managing Microservices architecture.
• Experience with REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and object-oriented programming.

Frontend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
• Experience building responsive and scalable web applications.
• Understanding of modern frontend frameworks and component-based architecture.

NodeJS Development

• Strong experience in NodeJS application development.
• Experience developing APIs and backend services.
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.

AWS Cloud Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including:

• EC2
• S3
• Lambda
• RDS Additional exposure to AWS architecture, security, monitoring, and cloud-native application deployment will be preferred.

Architecture & Leadership

• Experience leading engineering teams and technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of scalable application architecture.
• Ability to drive technical decisions and solution design.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-scale application development projects.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerization technologies and cloud-native development.
• AWS Certification(s) will be an added advantage.
