Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java React Full Stack Developer with 5–12 years of hands-on experience in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST APIs, and database technologies and should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Implement business logic, validations, authentication, and authorization.
• Design and optimize database queries and data-access layers.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services.
• Perform unit, integration, and functional testing.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute throughout the SDLC.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.

Required Skills

• 5–12 years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with React.js.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript / ES6+ and HTML5/CSS3.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Git and version-control systems.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit/Jest.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology.
