Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and Spring Boot and React.
• Lead project teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to project success.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech. / MSc. in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java and angular development, with 2-3 years of industry experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading software development teams and managing project timelines.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership.
