Java & Oracle Integration Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Java & Oracle Integration Developer to support the development, integration, and maintenance of API-driven enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with Java, REST APIs, Oracle databases, SQL/PLSQL, and enterprise system integrations. This role will involve understanding existing enterprise applications, consuming vendor-provided APIs, developing integration services, troubleshooting data issues, and building reliable interfaces between systems.

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and maintain integrations using Java and REST APIs.
• • Consume and troubleshoot third-party/vendor-provided APIs.
• • Work with Oracle databases to retrieve, validate, transform, and update application data.
• • Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• • Understand existing database tables, views, stored procedures, packages, and relationships.
• • Map API request/response fields to underlying enterprise application data.
• • Develop integration services between ERP applications and external systems.
• • Work with JSON-based API requests and responses.
• • Handle API authentication, authorization, pagination, error handling, and data validation.
• • Test APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• • Troubleshoot API, application, and database issues across multiple systems.
• • Analyze existing integration logic and enhance or modernize integrations when required.
• • Develop reusable integration components and services.
• • Document APIs, mappings, technical workflows, and integration configurations.
• • Work independently with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements
