Preferred candidate profile

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal/external systems.
• Develop cloud-ready applications following microservices architecture principles.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code adhering to coding standards.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end test cases to achieve quality goals.
• Monitor and maintain applications in production environments.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Java-based application development.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in REST API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
