Java Microservices Developer || 7+ Yrs || Pan India

Java & Backend Engineering · 7+ years of professional backend development experience, with strong hands-on Java expertise. · Proven track record of building highly concurrent, data-intensive applications at scale. · Strong command of concurrency and multithreading, including thread-safe and high-throughput system design. · Strong experience designing and building robust REST APIs. · Solid understanding of microservices architecture, service boundaries, API contracts, and distributed systems.

Java Frameworks & Reactive Services · Deep experience with at least one modern Java framework, such as: o Spring Boot / Spring WebFlux / Project Reactor on Netty o Vert.x o Quarkus · Hands-on experience building reactive, non-blocking, scalable services. · Strong understanding of schema-first API design, request/response contracts, error handling, and API versioning.

Kafka, Messaging & Caching · Hands-on experience with Kafka, event streaming, messaging, and stream processing. · Experience with Kafka Streams, Flink, or similar stream processing technologies is preferred. · Strong working knowledge of caching strategies and in-memory data stores such as Redis. · Experience designing low-latency, high-volume, data-intensive services.

Infrastructure & Delivery · Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. · Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Azure DevOps. · Good understanding of automated build, test, code quality checks, release processes, and deployment pipelines. · Experience working in cloud-native, containerized environments.

Performance & Observability · Demonstrated ability to profile and optimize Java application performance. · Experience with JVM tuning garbage collection optimization, memory management, and performance troubleshooting. · Hands-on experience with observability tooling such as Open Telemetry and New Relic.
