Java Lead

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to lead development activities and deliver scalable, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Java-based applications.
• Develop scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
