Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with hands-on experience in Apache Kafka and modern front-end technologies (Angular or React). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable microservices, event-driven applications, and responsive web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Build and consume real-time data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
• Develop responsive user interfaces using Angular or React.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend applications.
• Participate in application architecture, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability and scalability.
• Work closely with Product Owners, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and best coding practices.

Required Skills

• 25 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Topics, Partitions, Consumer Groups).
• Experience in Angular (2+) or React.js development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD processes.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or Elasticsearch.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and automated deployments.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito.
