Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery across modern full-stack and integration-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack and integration-based applications.
• Own technical architecture and design decisions to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, fostering technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Design and implement microservices-based applications and integration solutions.
• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable automated testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, application security, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Support agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Python.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of middleware and integration platforms.
• Experience working with cloud environments and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring engineering teams.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
