Relevant Experience (Yrs) Need : 7 to 12 years

Role: Java L3 production/Application support Engineer

Preferred Locations - Bangalore/Hyderabad

Required Technical skill sets-

• Java / J2EE
• SQL
• Unix / Linux
• Shell Scripting
• AWS
• L3 Production / Application Support
• Debugging, Log Analysis & Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java / J2EE
• Good hands-on experience in SQL and database troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and Shell Scripting
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application support
• Experience in L2/L3 Production/Application Support
• Knowledge of Incident, Problem & Change Management
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Provide L3 support for Java-based production applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, database, Unix/Linux, and AWS-related issues.
• Analyze logs, SQL queries, and production incidents to identify root causes.
• Perform RCA and coordinate with development teams for permanent fixes.
• Monitor application health and ensure timely resolution of critical incidents.
• Support deployments, production changes, and operational activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
