Role Overview

A Java J2EE Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-level web applications using Java-based technologies. They work on backend systems, APIs, and sometimes full-stack development to deliver scalable and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java/J2EE applications
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions
• Develop backend components, APIs, and microservices
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Work with databases (SQL/Oracle/MySQL)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, UI, DevOps)
• Maintain documentation and follow coding standards
• Support deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of applications
