Java Fullstcak Lead

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying Java-based microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers, promoting best practices, and implementing coding standards.
• Participate in architectural decisions, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
• Develop and maintain large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements :

• Strong experience in Java Full Stack development with expertise in Spring Boot.
• Proficient in Hibernate for database interactions.
• Experience working on Angular frontend technologies for client-side applications.
• Proven track record of leading a team of developers to deliver complex projects on time.
