Job Summary
Java Fullstack - Senior Engineer
Location Noida, UP, India
Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable and high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot, React and microservices architecture.
- Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.
- Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.
- Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.
- Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
- Demonstrates strong technical ownership in delivering complex development activities with high-quality execution.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Drives engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, performance optimization, and defect prevention.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical and production issues.
- Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and engineering best practices.
- Communicates effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders on risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
- Demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning toward evolving technologies and engineering practices.
- Maintains strong attention to detail in architecture, code quality, security, and performance optimization.
- Takes initiative in developing reusable frameworks, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Balances technical excellence with business priorities by delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.
