Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise web applications for the Vendor Incentive (VI) program.

The role will primarily focus on developing intuitive, scalable, and secure UI applications for vendor agreement standardization, structured data capture, business validations, file uploads, approval workflows, and integration with enterprise systems.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React.js, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases, with the ability to independently deliver end-to-end application functionality.

Key Responsibilities

1. UI Application Development

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Develop standardized agreement entry forms with agreement-specific fields, dropdowns, validations, and conditional logic.
• Build reusable UI components, data grids, search screens, dashboards, and administrative screens.
• Develop Excel/CSV file upload functionality with data validation, error reporting, and processing status.
• Implement application workflows for agreement creation, review, approval, rejection, and resubmission.
• Implement role-based UI access and secure session management.
• Ensure application usability, performance, and maintainability.

2. Backend and API Development

• Develop REST APIs and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement business rules, server-side validations, and approval workflow logic.
• Develop APIs to retrieve and validate vendor, product, location, and other enterprise master data.
• Build backend processing for file uploads, data validation, and database updates.
• Implement audit trails, exception handling, application logging, and error management.
• Support integrations with enterprise applications and downstream systems.

3. Database Development

• Design and develop database tables, views, queries, and functions using PostgreSQL.
• Implement data persistence, transaction management, and data integrity controls.
• Develop SQL queries for application screens, search functionality, and reporting.
• Maintain agreement history, approval records, and audit information.
• Optimize database queries and application performance.

4. Cloud, Security and Deployment

• Develop cloud-ready applications for deployment on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Work with cloud infrastructure teams on application deployment and environment configuration.
• Implement secure API communication, authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and application monitoring.
• Follow enterprise information security and secure coding standards.

5. Testing and Delivery

• Develop unit tests for frontend and backend components.
• Support QA, SIT, end-to-end testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot application defects and resolve performance issues.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and release activities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, architects, and integration teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Java / Spring Boot
• Database design and development using PostgreSQL / SQL
• Experience in File Processing of Excel / CSV upload and validation
• Experience in implementing SSO, authentication

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP, Cloud Run, and Cloud SQL.
• Experience building enterprise applications involving complex forms, validations, and approval workflows.
• Knowledge of workflow engines or configurable approval processes.
• Experience integrating applications with enterprise master data and ERP systems.
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of financial applications, vendor management, procurement, or rebate systems.
• Experience implementing audit logging and SOX-related application controls.
• Familiarity with document management and e-signature platform integrations.
