Experience: 6-10 Years Expected to:

• Lead technical design discussions.
• Design scalable and resilient distributed systems.
• Drive cloud-native and event-driven architecture adoption.
• Mentor engineers across teams.
• Influence engineering standards and best practices.

Required Experience

• 6-10 years of software engineering experience.
• Proven experience designing scalable distributed applications.
• Strong knowledge of Microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and container platforms.
• Experience leading technical design discussions.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and reviewing design decisions.

Preferred Experience

• Azure cloud ecosystem.
• Large-scale enterprise application development.
• Supply Chain, OMS, Inventory, or Fulfillment systems.
