Java Full Stack Technology Lead

Roles ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of full-stack features using Java on the backend and Angular/ReactJS on the frontend.

Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.

Build and review backend services, APIs, and integrations with strong focus on performance, security, and reliability.

Drive frontend engineering practices including component design, state management, routing, and UI performance optimization.

Collaborate with product owners, designers, and QA to refine requirements and deliver high-quality releases.

Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices across the stack.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.

Promote CI/CD-friendly development, automated testing, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Experience with automated testing practices across backend and frontend (unit/integration/UI testing).

Familiarity with microservices, event-driven design, and API versioning strategies.

Exposure to cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
