Java Full Stack Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Java Full Stack applications.
• Design scalable microservices and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop front-end solutions using React.js and JavaScript.
• Drive architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
• Implement cloud-native solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Support production releases and operational excellence.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently working as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, Associate Architect, Senior Full Stack Developer, or Solution Architect.
• Experience handling large-scale enterprise applications and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong coding mindset with the ability to contribute hands-on while leading teams.
• Demonstrated experience in code reviews, performance tuning, and engineering best practices.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production support activities.
