Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Job Description:

• We are looking for experienced Lead Senior Lead Java Developers with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices AWS and Cloud technologies
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and delivering scalable enterprise applications while driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle
• The role involves collaborating with stakeholders leading technical discussions mentoring team members and ensuring the successful delivery of high quality cloud native solutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise grade applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices and AWS Cloud services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross functional teams to understand requirements define technical solutions and ensure timely delivery
• Develop RESTful APIs design scalable microservices architectures perform code reviews troubleshoot production issues and drive application performance improvements
• Participate in solution architecture discussions mentor junior developers and ensure adherence to coding standards security practices and development best practices
• Support CI CD implementation deployment activities and production support while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
