Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer with 9-15 years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications using Java and Angular/React technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical leadership, application modernization, and the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions. The role demands strong backend development capabilities combined with modern frontend expertise and mentoring responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Java Full Stack professional capable of leading complex development initiatives, driving technical excellence, and delivering scalable enterprise solutions using Java and Angular/React technologies.
Responsibilities - Technology-Full stack-Java Full stack
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and Microservices Architecture.
- Lead technical discussions, solution design workshops, and architectural reviews.
- Develop scalable and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive and user-centric frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.
- Drive code quality through best practices, code reviews, and technical governance.
- Lead performance tuning, troubleshooting, and application optimization activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance across project teams.
- Support DevOps initiatives, CI/CD implementations, and cloud transformation programs.
- 9-15 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, and Microservices.
- Extensive experience with Angular (8+) or React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Design Patterns, OOP Concepts, SOLID Principles, and Secure Coding Practices.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Maven, and SonarQube.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree: B.E / B.Tech or equivalent
- Educational Requirement: MCA, MSc, MTech, Bachelors of Engineering, BTech
