This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 8+ years of experience in Java, Microservices (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and React.js, eager to lead end-to-end development efforts for scalable, secure enterprise-grade applications.

Role: Full Stack Developer Lead Location: Pune – Kharadi (Hybrid)

Key Skills & Responsibilities • Strong backend experience in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Security • Hands-on frontend skills using React.js (with Redux preferred) • Exposure to REST APIs, Microservices Architecture, and Cloud Integration • Practical knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases • Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Agile methodologies • Experience in leading modules or mentoring team members • Production support awareness and ability to troubleshoot across layers • Bonus: Exposure to Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, or any monitoring tools

Preferred Background • Previous work in banking, BFSI, Fintech etc • Demonstrated ownership of full-stack features – from design to deployment • Experience or strong knowledge on Azure cloud services. • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
