Java Full Stack Developer

Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with leading organisations to hire top talent across industries. We are currently hiring for a Java Developer role on behalf of our client.

Quick Overview: Position: Java Developer

Type: Full-time

Compensation: As per Industry Standards / Based on Experience

Required Experience: 8 to 12 years as a Java Developer

Working Days: 5 Working Days (2 Days in Office, 3 Days Remote)

Location: Bengaluru, India

Role Responsibilities

• Develop robust backend services and microservices using Java.
• Design and build scalable REST APIs for various business and product requirements.
• Participate actively in application architecture design and end-to-end development.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance for reliability and efficiency.
• Support deployment pipelines, release cycles, and ongoing application maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, DevOps, and product.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering standards.

Requirements

• 8 -12 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of database design both SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is a plus.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
