Full Stack Engineering Skills Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices. Experience developing modern web applications using ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Experience designing and developing scalable distributed systems. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns. Experience developing secure, high-performing, and maintainable applications Software & Platform Engineering Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications using AWS. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration, and infrastructure automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. Experience building internal developer platforms or enterprise tooling solutions is highly desirable. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies). Reliability Engineering & Operational Excellence Understanding of Reliability Engineering principles including: • Availability • Resilience • Scalability • Service Reliability • Operational Excellence • SLOs and SLIs Experience with: • Monitoring and Alerting • Log Aggregation • Distributed Tracing • Incident Analysis • Root Cause Analysis Familiarity with observability platforms such as: • Datadog • Splunk Testing & Quality Engineering Strong understanding of SDLC and modern Quality Engineering practices. Experience designing automated testing solutions.
