We are looking for a Software Engineer

A passionate software professional who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications while collaborating effectively in an Agile environment and contributing to modern cloud-native solutions.

You'll Make a Difference By:

• Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications in an Agile development environment.
• Analyzing business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and fellow engineers, to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Designing and implementing event-driven, service-based, and cloud-native applications.
• Contributing to code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensuring software quality through unit testing, automation, and adherence to engineering standards.
• Supporting the team's Agile practices through active participation in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions.

• Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Having 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Engineering within an Agile development environment.
• Demonstrating strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Possessing experience in software debugging, software testing, software documentation, and software design principles.
• Having hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade applications.
• Demonstrating exposure to Event-Driven, Service-Oriented, and Cloud-Native Architectures (AWS experience preferred).
• Having experience in writing and executing unit tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks such as Mockito.
• Being proficient with Git and modern version control practices.
• Possessing a deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous inter-process communication concepts.
• Demonstrating strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Showing excellent communication and teamwork skills while working in a collaborative Agile environment.
• Being a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business domains.
