Java Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Professional to lead end-to-end solution delivery across modern full-stack and integration-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving technical excellence, leading cross-functional engineering teams, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution delivery across full-stack and integration-based applications.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions aligned with business and technology objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and guide cross-functional engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote engineering best practices.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Build and support microservices-based architectures and integration solutions.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to enable automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Drive agile delivery practices, sprint planning, estimation, and continuous process improvement.
• Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in Java application development.
• Hands-on experience with React for modern front-end development.
• Experience designing and developing microservices-based applications.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with integration and middleware platforms.
• Exposure to cloud environments and cloud-native application development.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring software quality.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
