Job Summary

MSPC Engineering is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 7–9 years of experience in large-scale enterprise application development.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Vue3, Java, Spring Boot 3.x, TypeScript, REST APIs, MySQL, and enterprise application development. The candidate should be comfortable working independently on complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and enhance existing enterprise applications and systems.

• Design and develop complex web applications, software interfaces, REST APIs, and web services.

• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Vue3 and TypeScript.

• Design, prototype, implement, test, and support application features.

• Develop and integrate applications with internal and external systems.

• Troubleshoot and independently resolve critical technical issues across the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in technical solution design, architecture, detailed design, development, and integration.

• Perform unit and integration testing and ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Follow SDLC, Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, unit test plans, and well-documented code.

• Configure development environments and application servers for remote debugging.

• Collaborate with customers, technical teams, and management to understand business and technical requirements.

• Lead technical tasks or work independently on complex assignments while meeting project timelines.

Mandatory Skills

• 7–9 years of overall Full Stack Development experience

• Vue3 – Minimum 3 years hands-on experience

• Java – Minimum 3 years hands-on experience

• Spring Boot 3.x – Minimum 2 years hands-on experience

• TypeScript – Minimum 1 year experience

• HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap 3.x

• Spring Web / Spring Security

• JPA / Hibernate

• JWT / Token-based authentication

• Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs

• MySQL

• Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

• Experience in enterprise-level application development

• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum

• Strong coding, debugging, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to write clean, maintainable and testable code

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
