Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with 9-15 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Angular, React, Kafka, and cloud-native application development. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, high-performance solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
• Build scalable and high-performing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular and React.
• Implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in system design discussions, technical reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding best practices.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud deployment initiatives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.

• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17

• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (10+)

Messaging & Streaming

• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka
• Kafka Producers, Consumers, Streams
• Event-driven architecture
• Message Queue concepts

Database

• Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL
• MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Query optimization and performance tuning

Cloud & DevOps

• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD
• Terraform (Good to Have)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 9-15 years of overall software development experience.
• Minimum 9+ years of experience in JAVA
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in frontened
• Strong experience in Angular and/or React development.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka-based solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Exposure to API Gateway and Service Mesh technologies.
• Knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or product-based organizations.
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations and modern cloud-native architectures.
