Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 9-15 years of overall IT experience and a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, working extensively with Java, Angular/React, Kafka, Microservices, and Cloud technologies.

The candidate will be responsible for building high-performance applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
• Develop responsive and scalable front-end applications using Angular and/or React.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of design patterns and distributed systems.
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Relevant Java or Cloud certifications are a plus.
