Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with 10-20 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Angular, React, and Kafka, with hands-on experience in building scalable microservices, modern web applications, and event-driven architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale applications using Java and modern front-end technologies.
• Develop scalable and high-performance microservices using Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly applications using Angular and/or React.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17+.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Microservices.
• Strong hands-on experience in Angular (8+) and/or React.js.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Git and version control systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.

Preferred Skills

• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and messaging systems.
• Exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code.

• Experience leading development teams and driving technical decisions.
