Java Full Stack Developer

Senior Java Full Stack Developer (5-8 years)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/ReactJS.
• Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using Angular/ReactJS.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical decisions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across front-end and back-end layers.
• Work across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Take ownership of Jira stories and deliver features with high quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate within cross-functional pods consisting of UI, Backend, and Full Stack developers.

Required Technical Skills

Backend (Mandatory):

• Strong experience in Java
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Boot
• Experience designing and developing Microservices Architecture
• REST API development and integration
• Spring Data JPA / Hibernate
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
• Experience with SQL/Relational Databases
• CI/CD concepts and deployment processes
• Docker and Kubernetes exposure
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

Frontend:

• Extensive experience in Angular/ReactJS
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
• Front-end performance optimization and debugging

• Strong coding fundamentals and data structures knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand end-to-end application architecture.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working on both front-end and back-end components.
• Ability to debug issues across multiple technology layers.
• Self-driven and able to take ownership of deliverables.
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience building applications from scratch.
• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, metadata management solutions, or data discovery products is a plus.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments is advantageous.
