Java Full Stack Developer

About Position:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable cloud-native applications using Java Spring Boot Microservices, modern front-end frameworks, and Azure cloud services. You will drive the adoption of DevOps practices, containerization, AI-powered solutions, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures to deliver innovative business solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for high-performance applications.
• Design and implement scalable database solutions using SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage deployments through Kubernetes (AKS).
• Design and implement cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
• Develop AI-enabled applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
• Integrate enterprise data sources with AI solutions for intelligent search, knowledge retrieval, and conversational experiences.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps teams, and stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, security, and scalability following industry best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Development.
• Strong experience in ReactJS and/or AngularJS for front-end application development.
• Expertise in developing REST APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with SQL databases, database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native development.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Hands-on expertise with Docker and container orchestration using Kubernetes (AKS).
• Experience with API gateways, service discovery, monitoring, and logging solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, or similar platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG-based applications using vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, AI application architecture, and model integration patterns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
