1. 8-12 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in React
2. Java (Core), Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data/JPA)
3. RESTful API design and development
4. Hibernate or other ORM frameworks
5. React.js (including hooks, functional components, state management)
6. JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
7. Experience building Micro frontends
8. Building a React-based application from scratch
9. Leading UI development
10. Integration of frontend (React) with backend (Java/Spring)
11. Version control (Git)
12. SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle)
13. Debugging and troubleshooting across the stack
