• Provide L2/L3 Application Production Support for critical business applications.
• Analyze and resolve production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and application enhancements.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and release activities.
• Ensure application performance, stability, and availability.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
