Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Java Full Stack Developer (JSP and AJAX front end). The primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining front-end and back-end features for web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, writing efficient and scalable code, and troubleshooting technical issues. The role also involves leveraging JSP, AJAX, and CSS to build user-centric interfaces and ensuring performance optimization of end-to-end software solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including server-side programming and database management.
• Experience in Front-End Development, such as JSP, AJAX, and CSS, with an emphasis on creating user-focused interfaces.
• Expertise in Full-Stack Development, specifically integrating front-end and back-end systems to build seamless applications.
• Strong foundation in Software Development, including proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities to ensure high-quality code and application performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
