Java Engineers | Microservices, JVM & Distributed Systems, Spring Boot

We are looking for experienced Java Engineers who can build, optimize, and troubleshoot high-performance distributed systems. This role goes beyond application development and requires strong expertise in JVM internals, concurrency, performance engineering, and production diagnostics.

• Strong hands-on experience in Java 17+ and Spring Boot
• Expertise in developing Microservices and REST APIs
• Deep understanding of JVM Internals, Memory Management, Garbage Collection, Heap Dumps, and Thread Dumps
• Experience in Performance Tuning, Root Cause Analysis, and Production Issue Troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of Multithreading, Concurrency, Thread Safety, Race Conditions, and Deadlocks
• Experience building and supporting Distributed Systems with a focus on scalability and fault tolerance
• Good hands-on experience with PostgreSQL/SQL and Redis
• Strong experience in Code Reviews and engineering best practices
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude Code

Preferred: Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, Camunda, or Conductor
