About this role
- Application Development
- Design and develop backend services using Java (JDK 11+) and Spring Boot (2.6.0).
- Build scalable microservices architectures with high availability and performance.
- Implement RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend and downstream systems.
- Frontend Development
- Develop responsive user interfaces using React 16+, Redux, and Material UI.
- Manage application state, components, and UI workflows efficiently.
- Write and maintain unit tests using Jest to ensure UI quality and stability.
- Messaging Integration
- Implement asynchronous communication using Kafka 3.
- Design event-driven workflows and handle message processing, retries, and error handling.
- Database Management
- Work with PostgreSQL for data persistence and retrieval.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for performance and reliability.
- Agile Delivery Collaboration
- Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies including PI planning, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps.
- Backend: Java (JDK 11+), Spring Boot 2.6.0, Microservices
- Frontend: React 16+, Redux, Material UI, Jest

- 6-15 years of experience in Java-based application development
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot microservices
- Proven experience in Capital Markets domain (mandatory)
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience working in large-scale Agile/SAFe environments
