About this role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Integration of user-facing elements
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable java modules/libraries
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Integration of data storage solutions – MySQL Database and File store
Job Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Java
- Strong knowledge of core Java and Web Programming
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience in developing / consuming Web Services using Spring framework
- Understanding of MVC design patterns, RESTful Services, XML/JSON
- Good understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3; knowledge and experience in Angular will be an added advantage
- Understanding fundamental design principles that power a scalable application
- Experience with MySQL – creation of database schemas, SQL
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Proficiency of Linux operating system and basic shell programming will be an added advantage
- Experience working in a cloud environment will be an added advantage
