Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, and relational databases. Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications.
• Build RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions.
• Work in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ensure application security, reliability, and high availability. Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Strong SQL skills with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Maven or Gradle.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Understanding of payment systems, lending, trading, or core banking applications.
• Knowledge of messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and secure application development.
• Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring. Nice to Have
• Exposure to distributed systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture.
