Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend applications using the Java technology stack.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Batch.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with other applications.
• Work with Microservices architecture to build scalable and reliable services.
• Design, develop, and optimize database queries using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Follow CI/CD practices to improve development, deployment, and release processes.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and integration issues across the application stack.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests for existing and newly developed code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to application performance and stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Backend Java Development.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Spring Batch.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Good knowledge of Microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with SQL databases.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of software development best practices.
