Java Developer

·      Strong backend development experience (preferably Java + Spring Boot applications).

·      Strong software engineering fundamentals, design patterns, testing practices, and code quality standards.

·      Experience with system architecture and high-level design of distributed systems.

·      Experience with AI-assisted development, AI agents, LLM-based tooling and automation frameworks.

·      Strong hands-on AWS experience and cloud-native application development.

·      Solid understanding of AWS networking, security, and infrastructure services.

·      Experience building and supporting CI/CD platforms using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git.

·      Strong automation and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.).

·      Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift.

·      Experience with Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices.

·      Familiarity with observability platforms such as Splunk.

·      Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

·      Passion for automation and a mindset that manual processes should be engineered away.

Nice to Have

·      OpenSearch / Elasticsearch experience

·      Apache Airflow

·      Exposure to database platforms and cloud-managed database services.

·      Terraform or Infrastructure as Code experience.
