Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend / Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in cloud technologies to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, databases, and experience working with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Implement application security using Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or similar technologies when working in a full-stack capacity.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containerize applications using Docker and work with Kubernetes where applicable.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Write unit and integration tests and maintain high-quality, reusable code.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, QA engineers, and other development teams.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17/21.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform:

• Microsoft Azure, or
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Full Stack Skills – Preferred

• React / Angular
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• HTML5 / CSS3
• Frontend-backend API integration
• Basic understanding of responsive web development

Cloud Skills – Preferred

Experience with services such as:

• AWS EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS
• Azure App Service, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL
• GCP Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, GKE
