We are looking for an experienced Senior Java + Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise applications and intelligent AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Python.
• Build enterprise-grade REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
• Develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
• Develop Python-based services, automation, data-processing pipelines, and AI/ML integrations.
• Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into business applications.
• Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions using vector databases and knowledge repositories.
• Work with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Integrate commercial and/or open-source LLMs through APIs and model-serving platforms.
• Develop AI-powered features such as intelligent search, summarization, classification, recommendation, document processing, and conversational applications.
• Design scalable and secure microservices and distributed systems.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and API tests.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps and engineering best practices.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, estimation, and solution development.
