Java Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
• Optimize application performance, memory utilization, and database interactions.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders.
• Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure high standards of software quality, reliability, and security.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Passion for coding challenges and continuous learning.
• Experience in enterprise-scale systems and high-volume transaction processing environments

Core Java (Mandatory):

• Strong expertise in Java and object-oriented programming principles.
• Solid understanding of Java internals, JVM concepts, exception handling, and performance optimization.

Multithreading and DSA (Mandatory):

• Hands-on experience with concurrency, synchronization, thread pools, and concurrent collections.
• Strong command of data structures and algorithms.

Collections and Memory Management (Mandatory):

• Deep understanding of the Java Collections Framework.
• Knowledge of JVM memory management, garbage collection, heap analysis, and performance tuning.

System Design Basics (Mandatory):

• Understanding of scalable system design principles.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture, design patterns, caching, messaging systems, and distributed systems concepts.

SQL Depth (Mandatory):

• Strong SQL expertise, including query optimization, indexing, joins, stored procedures, and database performance tuning.
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

Communication Skills (Mandatory):

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Good to Have:

• DevOps and CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools and automation pipelines. Exposure to Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes, or related DevOps technologies.
• Generative AI (GenAI): Knowledge of generative AI concepts and applications. Experience working with LLMs, AI-powered solutions, prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, or AI integrations will be an advantage.
