Role: Java Lead
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using Core Java and Java 8/11+.
- Design and develop backend services using Spring Boot and Microservices.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with databases such as Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- Implement messaging using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging and performance improvements.
- Participate in requirement analysis, technical design and estimation.
- Handle application modernization and migration activities.
- Collaborate with clients/business teams and understand requirements.
- Guide and mentor junior developers and coordinate technical activities.
- Follow Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP and CI/CD tools.
