Job Role - Java Developer

Location - Mumbai & Bangalore

Work Mode - 5 Days (WFO)

Job Role :

• Timely completion of backend and frontend deliverables with zero critical defects

• Drive architectural decisions for microservices-based systems using Java Spring Boot.
• Implement distributed application runtime (Dapr) for service-to-service communication.
• Leverage Temporal for workflow orchestration and reliability.
• Design and optimize data storage using YugabyteDB for distributed SQL capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.

• Work closely with solution architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in technology roadmap planning and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
• Contribution to technology improvements and process optimization

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and related backend frameworks.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Proven experience in architecting and scaling microservices-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Dapr for distributed application runtime.
• Experience with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of YugabyteDB or similar distributed SQL databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
