Junior Java Developer / Software Engineer Immediate joiner only

Role: Software Engineer / Junior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Write clean, reusable and maintainable code following coding standards.
• Work with SQL databases and implement basic database operations.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Perform unit testing, debugging and defect resolution.
• Participate in code reviews and follow Git/CI-CD development practices.
• Work with senior developers/architects on application enhancements and modernization initiatives.
• Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to improve coding, testing and documentation productivity.
• Collaborate with QA, BA, UI and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Core Java, OOP, Collections and Exception Handling.
• Working knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs and SQL.
• Basic understanding of JPA/Hibernate and Microservices.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle and JUnit.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn cloud, DevOps, modern application architecture and AI-assisted engineering.

Good to Have: Angular/React basics, Docker, Azure/AWS and exposure to GenAI coding tools
