Java Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in building applications using Java, microservices, CI/CD, and Spring Boot frameworks. The ideal candidate should excel in unit testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and preferably have experience leading a small team of 23 developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot.
• Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and best practices.
• Implement unit tests and ensure high code coverage using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
• Optimize application performance, profiling, and troubleshooting bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Architecture.
• Contribute to design discussions and technical solutioning for new features.
• Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong command over Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
• Solid hands-on experience with microservices architecture using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
• Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with any CI/CD tools
• Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and coding best practices.
• Proven ability in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with version control tools like Git and build tools like Maven.
