    Openings: Multiple (Java Developer Senior Java Developer)
    About the Role: Were hiring Java developers across two levels mid-level (34 yrs) and senior (56 yrs) to build and scale microservices-based applications. Candidates will be evaluated and leveled based on experience and depth of skills shown below.

    Requirements
    Mandatory Skills (All Levels):
    • Core Java (Java 8+, Java 11+ preferred for senior)
    • Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA
    • Microservices architecture design
    • REST API development (build consume)
    • SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
    • Git, Maven/Gradle
      Additional Skills for Senior Level (56 Yrs):
      • Spring Cloud, Spring Security
      • Docker Kubernetes
      • Kafka/RabbitMQ
      • CI/CD tools (Jenkins/GitLab CI)
        Preferred: Prior experience in Banking domain
        Responsibilities:
        Java Developer (34 Yrs):
        • Develop maintain Spring Boot microservices
        • Build and consume REST APIs
        • Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
        • Debug and resolve production issues
          Senior Java Developer (56 Yrs):
          • Design own microservices modules end-to-end
          • Lead technical/architecture discussions
          • Mentor junior developers
          • Optimize performance and resolve production issues
